2. People Positioning Services

This segment chiefly involves the following services aimed at higher effectiveness of the recruitment and retention process:

   * Work environment diagnostics – Recruitments made after this lead to better retention

   * Job alignment – Aligning each job with the larger organisational objectives and the organisational structure which ensures that only organisationally essential positions are being filled. The result will be improved cost-effectiveness.

   * Designing job profiles and job descriptions – usually as a part of job alignment process

   * Designing selection tools like scholastic, professional and personality assessment, professional interview processes and assessment of personal effectiveness in workplace activities to ensure proper recruitment, longer retention and higher employee effectiveness

   * New employee induction – We will conduct professional induction programme on your behalf, ensuring that the new employee(s) settle down well. In this, we also handle the initial grievances (if any) of the employees as a positive medium so that the bonding process between the employee and the organisation becomes smooth.

   * Periodic work environment assessment - This will ensure corrections when and where necessary and longer employee retention.

   * Designing of employee retention tools – There are not many employee retention tools that are universally applicable. We can design organisation-specific employee retention tools to ensure longer employee retention.

   * Conducting performance reviews for confirmation

   * Conducting exit interviews – Exit interview is a powerful tool to get genuine feedbacks capable of improving organisational environment and employee retention if conducted in a sensitive and neutral way. Exit interviews conducted by a neutral third party yields great results.

   * Training for recruiters – Meant for HR recruiters as well as interviewers from all functions, this training will improve the quality of recruitment process
